I was downstairs in the basement, washing the purse, when I heard a dripping noise.  WAY too loud to belong in the basement (away from the bathroom).  I followed the sound, and found the water-heater failing at its task of containing water.  it was spewing out of the top, rolling down the side, and dripping into the floor.  See?

Today marks an interesting day.  Today is the day that I take this NON-washable, wool purse, and throw it into the washing machine in HOT water….  Anyone done that with a sweater?  yeah, I’m doing it on purpose this time.  I’m hoping that it will hide the fact that I paid too much attention to the pattern, and not enough time to make sure that it looked right before I sewed it together.

We’ll see how it comes out.  The yarn was 50% off, and I didn’t like it anyway.  Let’s see if it is transformed in the washing machine…
